We take great care in accurately describing our Athearn, Atlas Model Railroad Co., Bachmann Trains, Broadway Limited Imports, LGB, Märklin, and Tangent Scale Models products. However:

• Minor variations in scale model finishes may occur
• Limited edition items are subject to availability

2.2 Collector-Grade Items

Certain premium items (noted on product pages) have special handling requirements:

• LGB garden railway sets must remain in original packaging for returns
• Broadway Limited Imports locomotives require original packaging for returns
• Special runs of Tangent Scale Models may be custom-ordered and non-returnable

2.3 Digital Content

Any digital content (manuals, software, etc.) is non-refundable once accessed.

3. Order and Payment Terms

• Unused items in original packaging with all tags/accessories
