How do I create an account?

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We proudly serve model railroad enthusiasts worldwide, excluding some Asian countries and remote regions. International customers are responsible for any applicable import duties or taxes.
How are models packaged for shipping?
Each model receives collector-grade protection with custom-fit padding, weather-resistant materials when needed, and complete documentation for smooth customs clearance. Our packing process is designed by model railroaders who understand the importance of safe delivery.
What if my package is delayed?
While we provide reliable delivery estimates, occasional delays may occur during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances. You can track your package using the provided tracking number. If significant delays occur, please contact us for assistance.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy from the delivery date. Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging. For damaged items, we provide a prepaid return label and will replace the item or issue a full refund.
How do I initiate a return?

When will I receive my refund?

Our warehouse and operations center is located at 6917 Briarcreek Dr, Oklahoma City, US 73162. While we don’t have a retail storefront, we welcome serious collectors to contact us about potential visits by appointment.
