This Broadway Limited USRA 2-8-2 Light Mikado steam locomotive is based on engines constructed to standardized designs adopted by the United States Railroad Administration when the agency controlled railroads during World War I. 625 original locomotives were produced, but the design was so successful another 641 copies were built after the USRA relinquished control of the railroads. They were built for over 50 railroads. This locomotive features full Paragon3 sound and DCC for realistic sound and motor control. The Paragon3 sound system works with all Broadway Limited Rolling Thunder(TM) advanced sound systems.

• Traction tires for great pulling power and magnetic knuckle couplers
• Can be operated on all DCC systems as well as on standard DC railroads (with limited sound functionality)
• Operates on Code 83 and larger rail
• Curves of 18″ radius or larger.
